Job Summary

We are strengthening our team with an IAM Engineer with solid experience in implementing advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. This professional will be dedicated to technically mature projects with a strong focus on automation security and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Implement advanced IAM controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms
Ensure compliance with internal policies standards and best practices
Develop automations and technical integrations (Python/Ruby)
Operate and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments
Define monitor and report security metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and streamline processes
Support identity lifecycle activities (provisioning governance access review)

Qualifications :

Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Programming experience in Python (mandatory) and/or Ruby
Administration of Linux and MS Windows Server environments
Strong skills in SQL and MySQL
Experience in modelling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (Tableau or equivalent)
Experience with identity lifecycle tools and governance practices
Valued technical skills: Elasticstack (ELK)
High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility
Strong organization and prioritymanagement capabilities
Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical teams
Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities

Additional Information :

Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office);
Location: Picoas Lisboa.
