About the role

This is an entrylevel role designed for newly graduated engineers with no prior professional experience required joining a newly created Agentic team.

The purpose is to develop and invest in young talent who will act as Agentic Enablers within Telco Autonomous Network project teams. Through a structured 3month training program you will be trained in agentic AI tools and AIassisted delivery practices before being embedded into active projects.

Agentic Engineers will work alongside existing delivery and engineering teams enabling adoption of AI and automation in a pragmatic way improving efficiency coordination and decisionmaking across the delivery lifecycle without disrupting current operating models.

As a part of your job you will:

During the Agentic Training phase:

• Participate in a structured learning program covering:
  o Agentic AI fundamentals;

  o AIassisted engineering and delivery workflows;

  o Safe responsible and governed use of AI tools;

• Work on guided handson use cases aligned with real projects;

• Learn and collaborate with experienced engineers and Academy mentors.

After embedding into project teams:

• Configure and adapt agentic workflows under supervision and guidance;

• Automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows;

• Share learnings and best practices across projects and functions.

Requirements:

• Basic programming literacy (preferably Python) at academic or beginner level;

• Ability to read and understand simple scripts or code;

• Basic understanding of logic flows (conditions loops functions);

• Interest in AI automation and intelligent systems;

• Bachelors or Masters degree (completed or near completion) in:
  o Informatics Engineering/Computer Science;
  o Telecommunications Systems Electrical Mechanical Engineering;
  o Mathematics Physics Data or similar analytical disciplines;

• Academic projects coursework hackathons or selflearning related to programming automation or AI are valued.

• Less than 1 year of effective experience in IT - This is a Celfocus Academy Opportunity;

• Eagerness to learn;

• Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

Nice to have:

• Exposure (academic or selflearning) to: Python scripting Data handling Workflow automation;

• Interest in working with complex systems and multidisciplinary teams.
