Job Summary

Planning & Coordination: Monitor all technical activities ensuring milestones are met according to workload limits and securing OTIF (On Time In-Full) delivery.
Resource Management: Allocate and schedule activities for multidisciplinary technical teams (Layout Mechanical Electrical Software and Documentation).
Project Controlling: Create update and maintain KPIs related to Lead time Cost Productivity and delivery accuracy.
Data Analysis: Monitor progress anticipate delays and implement corrective actions through advanced data reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Project Managers Technical Leaders and Production teams to ensure resource availability.
Reporting: Conduct regular reporting to technical teams and upper management.

Qualifications :

2 years of professional experience in project planning or industrial scheduling.
Advanced MS Excel (mandatory) and Power BI.
Programming knowledge (VBA or other automation/data tools).
Knowledge of SharePoint (sites lists libraries).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills to work in an international environment.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

SAP (Plus)
