About the role:

Lets be honest: 2026 is a strange time to be in Talent Acquisition. Most sourcers are currently looking at their outreach metrics with a sense of unease. Theyre seeing the response rates drop the req loads shrink and the doing more with less memos that usually precede a layoff. If youre currently at a startup thats struggling to find its footing or a business where the hiring bar has dropped just to fill seats you know exactly how fragile that growth story feels.

Samsara is the exception. We are a fortress in a volatile market. We are a $1.75B ARR NYSE-listed powerhouse that sells essential technology to the physical operations powering the global economy.

And we arent just stablewere expanding. Our UK Mid-Market team grew revenue 70% year-over-year last year and we need a talent engine that can proactively identify and engage the elite talent required to match that velocity. We arent looking for someone to process inbounds; were looking for a Sourcer II who wants to move from a shaky seat into a high-conviction high-growth environment where the fundamentals actually make sense.

The Challenge:

  • The Intelligence Engine: You are the architect of our pipeline. You will conduct in-depth research including advanced data mining and competitive mapping to identify the top talent in the market.
  • The High Talent Bar: We arent looking for name-collectors. You will be expected to act as a rigorous gatekeeper using innovative research and data-driven insights to solve complex sourcing challenges and identify top talent.
  • Beyond the Search: You arent just sending InMails. You will be expected to master the craft of tailored prospecting engaging high-performance passive candidates who dont even know theyre looking for their next move yet.

In this role you will:

  • Execute & Deliver: Partner closely with recruiters and mid-level hiring managers to execute creative targeting strategies for high-volume dynamic GTM roles across the UK and EMEA.
  • Own the Data: You are the CEO of your outreach. You will analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize your candidate engagement strategies making decisions based on data not gut feel.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Begin fostering trust with hiring managers by influencing hiring priorities through deep market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Master the Craft of Sourcing: We hire for execution but develop for mastery. You will deepen your expertise in functional and technical challenges becoming the go-to person for complex sourcing strategies.

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • Sourcing Impact: Typically 35 years of relevant experience including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization.
  • EMEA Exposure: Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches competitive talent pool analysis and the use of specialized sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
