Job Summary
We are hiring a Manager Strategy & CEO Office to support strategic planning business performance routines and crossfunctional initiatives.
This role works closely with the Chief of Staff CEO and Management Committee. It is wellsuited to someone with experience in management consulting strategy business operations or a similar analytical environment.

The Details
- Support strategy processes translating highlevel direction into clear priorities OKRs and implementation plans.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic recommendations and structured problemsolving.
- Prepare materials for CEO briefings leadership forums and boardlevel updates in clear concise formats.
- Contribute to key business performance routines (e.g. weekly business reviews monthly business reviews).
- Own and support crossfunctional initiatives.
- Track progress of strategic programmes identify risks and drive followthrough on agreed actions.
- Analyse business and customer performance in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
- Convert data and insights into structured recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Draft internal communications updates and talking points that convey clarity and consistency.
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications :
About you
- Prior experience in tier-1 management consultancy.
- Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to break down complex issues.
- Comfort working with data and translating analysis into clear insights.
- Clear structured communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across teams.
- A natural curiosity and will to make an impact.
- Interest in ecommerce fashion digital product and customerled businesses.
- Hands on experience with SQL.
