Job Description
You will act as a strategic partner to business areas leading digital projects and integration initiatives that support General Motors corporate objectives. This professional will be responsible for translating business demands into tangible deliveries ensuring value generation operational efficiency governance and alignment with GMs global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact digital and integration projects for the business
Act as the main point of contact between business and technology teams translating strategic needs into executable plans
Ensure alignment across scope timelines costs risks and corporate objectives
Manage stakeholders at tactical and executive levels
Support prioritization decisions based on business value ROI and operational impact
Ensure adherence to General Motors governance global standards and processes
Monitor project performance indicators benefits and outcomes
Identify risks dependencies and opportunities proposing mitigation plans
Facilitate decision-making forums executive committees and status presentations
Contribute to digital transformation efficiency and innovation initiatives
Lead projects in collaboration with partner agencies
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Technology Digital or related fields
MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management Business Projects or Digital Transformation (preferred)
Solid experience in managing digital technology or transformation projects
Experience in large corporate environments
Practical knowledge of project methodologies: traditional agile or hybrid
Experience with system integration and digital platform projects
Ability to conduct business impact and feasibility analyses
Experience managing budget schedule and risks
Advanced English (interaction with global teams and leadership)
Intermediate Spanish
Proficiency in project management and executive reporting tools
Agile Project Experience
Differentials

Experience in global or multinational projects
Experience with digital transformation automation or data initiatives
Knowledge of the automotive industry
