We are looking for anentry-levelscientistto joinproductdevelopment support labtoassess theapplicationquality of our productsold to position will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction by assessing microbial position will also include assistingwith and contributing tonew product development initiativesin alignment with organizationalobjectives.
This is a temporary 8 week position located in our Hazelwood MO site.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of lab proceduresincluding but not limitedtomicrobial compatibility and viability assays.
- Assistseniorscientist in product development efforts and formulationprocess
- Deliver routine and time-sensitive projects on time with required standards anddocumentation.
- Conducthigh-throughputtestingassays byleveragingautomation and liquid handling equipment.
- Providesupportfor general lab operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of2 years of experiencewith microbial product testing and seed treatment with biologicals.
- Automation and high throughput experiencepreferred.
- BSin MicrobiologyChemicalEngineeringMolecularBiologyBiochemistryor a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability tooccasionallyliftor teamlift20 -50 lbs.
Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
