Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a skilled Express Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Charlotte NC. As an Express Service Technician you will play a vital role in providing quick and efficient maintenance and repair services to our customers vehicles ensuring high levels of satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and fluid checks promptly and accurately.
- Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate findings effectively to the service team and customers.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area to ensure efficient service operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and service protocols to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet daily service goals and customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of all services provided and parts used.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician preferably in an express or quick service role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
