Department overview

The debt capital markets team is composed of seasoned professionals who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. The team focuses mainly on executing bond issuances in the primary market and monitoring these issuances in the secondary market.
The DCM team specializes in private placements (with professional investors) for three types of financial products:
Straight bonds (Euro PP)
Convertible bonds (ORNANE OCEANE)
Hybrid bonds (TSSDI)

Roles and responsibilities ( but not limited to ) :
Preparing marketing materials
Preparing support documents required for bond issuance
Financial analysis of companies
Monitoring ongoing bond issuance projects
Weekly tracking of interest rate market trends
Participating in various tasks within the DCM department

LE DEPARTEMENT DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS

Le département DCM est constitué de professionnels expérimentés. Son activité est axée principalement sur la réalisation démissions obligataires sur le marché primaire et le suivi de ces émissions sur le marché secondaire.

Le département DCM est spécialisé dans les placements privés (auprès dinvestisseurs professionnels) pour 3 typologies de produits financiers :

• Obligations simples(Euro PP) ;
• Obligations convertibles (ORNANE OCEANE) ;
• Obligations hybrides (TSSDI).

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

• Préparation des documents de démarchage
• Analyse financière de sociétés
• Suivi des projets démission obligataire en cours
• Suivi hebdomadaire de lévolution du marché des taux dintérêt
• Participation aux différentes tâches du département DCM

Desired Profile

• Strong writing skills in French and English
• Ability to synthesize information
• Solid understanding of financial statements (financial analysis)
• Strong interest in SMEs and mid-cap companies

• Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite)

• Etudiant Grande Ecole de Commerce ou Master Universitaire avec spécialisation en Finance / Audit / Comptabilité (Niveau BAC 4/5)
• Capacités de rédaction en français et en anglais
• Qualités de synthèse
• Maîtrise des états financiers (analyse financière)
• Intérêt marqué pour les PME/ETI
• Rigueur et discrétion
• Bonne présentation
• Autonomie et prise dinitiatives
• Parfaite connaissance des outils informatiques (pack Office)

Early Career requirements

• Student from a top business school or university pursuing Masters program with a specialization in Finance / Audit / Accounting (BAC4/5 level) and completing university in 2027
• Full rights to work in the country where the role is based
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in Jul26 until Dec26
• Minimum 4 days in the office

• Plein droit de travailler dans le pays où le poste est basé
