RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Business Development Intern yourmain focusis business strategy & performance.
In this role you will support the development of theUltra Premiumfragrance cluster includingInfinimentCotyEtroand Jil Sander. You will contribute to defining business ambitionsoptimizingdistributionstrategiesandmonitoringcommercial performance. Working closely with internal teams and brand license partners you will help coordinate trade and 360 initiatives while delivering analytical insights on sell-in sell-out and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
Yourmainfocus:
Contribute to defining business ambitions and distribution strategies across theUltra Premiumcluster.
Coordinate trade and 360 initiatives in collaboration with brand license partners and internal teams.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance toidentifyopportunities and support commercial decisions.
Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Prepare business reviewsreportsand presentations to support strategic discussions.

The team consists of1 Business Development Manager and 1 Business Developmentdirectorand you will work closely together with departments such as Marketing Finance Supply Chain and Sales. Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with Excel and business data.
Demonstrate strong organization and project coordination abilities.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
