Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Quality Method and Tool team and contribute to the development and enhancement of digitalization solutions. This role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives within Quality processes and ensuring accurate KPI reporting. The intern will help drive efficiency data integrity and performance monitoring through innovative tools and dashboards enabling timely and reliable monthly indicator reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing developing and deploying PowerApps applications for Quality Alert workflows provide as well the KPI dashboards solution to follow up the KPIs.

Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional app features.

Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint Power Automate Dataverse) to automate Quality processes.

Support troubleshooting testing and optimization of existing Quality-related PowerApps solutions.

Document processes workflows and technical specifications for developed applications.

Explore innovative ideas to enhance user experience and automation capabilities in Quality systems.

Support the monthly review indicators reporting process by ensuring accurate data collection dashboard updates and timely delivery of KPI reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate).

Familiarity with data modeling and relational databases.

Understanding of UI/UX principles for app design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication skills in English (and French is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to SharePoint Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools.
Basic programming knowledge.
Interest in Quality Management Systems and digital transformation.

Profile:

Bac4 / Bac5 equivalent Engineering Digitalization Data Management preferred.

Start in Jan/Feb 2026 for 6 months duration.
