Critical Infrastructure refers to a wide variety of systems including not only traditionalon-premiseand cloud-basedIT systems butcanalsoincludeoperationaltechnology.
As a Solution Engineer Manager youll be leading a group of talented SE professionals. Your job will be to guide SEs in their pursuits with customers inspire them to perpetually learn and grow in their job function and work with them to map out their careers and achieve new levels. Youll be required to maintain proficiency in the domains we serve expertise in the products and the disposition that makes customers and other sales leaders want to enthusiastically partner with you for their success. Youll also enjoy having a voice with the product team providing highly relevant guidance about product futures learned directly through customer interactions.
What You Will be Doing
- Work withpeer leaders account teamsandpartners togrowOPSWATbusiness
- Assist SEs in managingcustomer requirements expectations and solution buy-in
- Ensure SEs aremaintaininganddeliveringhigh-impact demos
- Enforce accountabilitywithin CRM tools for POVs
- Nurture partner relationships andtheirtechnical understanding of OPSWAT
- Speakatconferences andseminars
- Lead workstreamswith cross-functional groups that improve efficiency of SE operations
What We Need from You
- Demonstrableexperienceincybersecurity or networking technical sales
- Experience in OT security is a plus
- A history ofdeveloping newand expansionbusinesswith customers
- Comfortinleading discussionswithall customer levels (C-levelto admin)
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications
- Problem-solving abilities;skilled atidentifyingand resolving customer pain points
