Business Architect in Leasing Domain

YOUR ROLE

As a ITBusiness Architectyou will be part of our Banking and Capital Markets Practice and will join one of our projects settled in a financial environment. You will work in an international team based on agile methodologies and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle development process.

YOUR TASKS

• Design and maintain business architecture that aligns with organizational strategy and supports end-to-end processes.
• Analyze current (as-is) and define future (to-be) business processes ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment across systems.
• Define standards and principles for processes integrations and data flows to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Engage in sales-related activities including consulting within the leasing domain and solution design for client needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management IT architects developers and product owners to deliver strategic initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• bachelors degree in a finance-related and analytical field
• Experience in the IT sector in roles such as Business Architect Business Analyst Developer Architect Delivery Manager Application Consultant etc.
• ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation
• experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• Strong knowledge of at least one leasing product:
• Odessa Platform Odessa Technologies
• Miles Enterprise Sofico
• Charisma ERP Suite Totalsoft
• FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery)
• Other Leasing Software Solution
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• fluency in English (min. C1)
• German B1 (nice to have)
