このポジションではプロジェクトマネージャーとしてGuidewire Suiteプロジェクト責任を持って滞りなく進めていただける方を探していますおまかせする業務内容にはプロジェクト計画の管理ITプログラムチームのリードプロジェクトを納期および予算内で完遂させること等が含まれます
職務内容と責任:
- Guidewire Suiteプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- ビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定管理する
- プロジェクト管理プロセスを適用しITプログラムチームをリード管理する
- プロジェクト上の課題を解決しリスクを管理する
- プロジェクト会議を実施し進捗を追跡する
- ベンダーのパフォーマンスが契約仕様およびSLAを問題なく満たしていることを確認する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対して技術的および分析的サポートを提供する
Job Description - Grade Specific
応募条件と資格:
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトにベンダー側で参画されたご経験5年以上
- ステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
- プロジェクト管理の概念およびSDLCシステム開発ライフサイクル手法に精通していること
- お客様が抱える課題の解決に向けて現地のデリバリーチームと協業して業務にあたることができる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験:
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
- Guidewireクラウドの経験
言語要件:
- 日本語ネイティブ
- 英語あれば尚可必須ではない
- その他の言語中国語あれば尚可
