Our Mission

The Brecksville-Broadview Heights CSD is seeking a visionary Head Football Coach to lead an education-based program. We are looking for a leader who will develop student-athletes academically athletically socially and ethically while modeling our core values: Respect Responsibility Integrity Belonging and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the vision culture and performance of the entire 712 football program.

• Mentorship: Supervise and mentor the coaching staff to ensure alignment with district goals.

• Student Success: Support the academic achievement and overall well-being of all student-athletes.

• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to District policies and OHSAA regulations.

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with students families staff administration and the local community.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven prior coaching experience (Head Coach or Coordinator experience preferred).

• Certifications: Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit and meet all OHSAA certification requirements.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership communication and organizational abilities.

• Philosophy: A steadfast commitment to student-centered education-based athletics.
