Key role within the Business Development & Marketing team
Opportunity to work on high-value tenders and strategic submissions
The Role
Support the end-to-end management of tender and proposal submissions
Prepare and coordinate high-quality bid documents and client presentations
Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to gather content and input
Conduct research including market analysis and competitor insights
Maintain and develop a centralised content library to streamline future bids
Ensure submissions are compliant accurate and delivered within deadlines
Track and report on bid activity and pipeline performance
Support legal directory submissions and profile-raising initiatives
The Person
Experience in a Bids Tenders or Proposal role ideally within legal or professional services
Strong understanding of tender processes and proposal management
Excellent written communication and editing skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign experience an advantage)
