Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Provide operationaloversight and ensure the delivery of safe high-quality care and services.

Quality Oversight: Lead initiatives to enhanceresident care quality improvement and compliance with clinical standards andregulations.

Team Collaboration: Build strong relationshipswith interdisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve excellence inseniors care.

Financial Stewardship: Manage budgetscontracts and service partner performance while ensuring adherence toregulatory requirements.


Required Qualifications:

Eligible for Registration with BC College ofNurses and Midwives as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Proven leadership (3 years) experience inlong-term care or healthcare management.

Strong knowledge of clinical standardsregulatory compliance and quality improvement processes.

Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills to effectively engage staff residents families and stakeholders.

Experience in managing budgets contracts unionrelations and service partnerships.

A commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and lifelong learning.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with innovative care models orapproaches to elder care; Familiarity with LEADS capabilities (Lead SelfEngage Others Achieve Results Develop Coalitions Systems Transformation).
