DescriptionThis position is to support project for the departments preparation for the Malaysian Qualifications Agencys (MQA) Full Accreditation Compliance Assessment in 2026. It focuses on organizing evidence aligning documentation with the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) and COPPA 2nd Edition standards and ensuring the program is audit-ready to maintain full accreditation status. The intern will support the programme review and quality assurance processes by assisting with a range of tasks. These include collecting key documents such as curriculum outlines course files external examiner reports and student performance data. The intern will help map this evidence to relevant COPPA criteria draft summaries to demonstrate compliance with standards and input information into tracking systems for internal monitoring. Additionally they will assist in identifying gaps or outdated materials attend meetings to take minutes and communicate with departments to follow up on pending documentation or feedback. This role provides hands-on experience in academic quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will assist with tasks including but not limited to:

| Gap Identification | Help identify missing or outdated documentation that needs updating. |
| Meeting Support | Attend meetings and record minutes related to programme review and quality assurance. |
| Communication | Liaise with departments to follow up on pending documents or feedback. |
