Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team in identifying analyzing and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to 5S Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence methodologies while contributing to real business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in mapping current-state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Support 5S Lean Kaizen and continuous improvement projects
Collect analyze and present operational data (cycle time defects waste productivity etc.)
Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
Participate in root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone)
Support implementation and tracking of improvement action plans
Prepare reports dashboards and presentations for CI initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Quality Supply Chain HR etc.)
Assist with change management and communication efforts related to improvement projects

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in:

Industrial Engineering
Business Administration
Operations Management
Supply Chain
Quality Management
Or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
