As anAssociate Product Deliveryteam member you will support Product Owners who oversee Client Servicing solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate planning sessions including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
- Coordinate governance and cabinet meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
- Maintain accurate initiative/epic data in Jira and support roadmap development
- Track dependencies and partner across products and lines of business to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor progress and report updates maintaining Objectives and Key Results
- Champion Jira best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2 years of experience in product delivery product management project management or a related domain
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Foundational knowledge of the product development life cycle including planning requirements definition
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking milestones dependencies and progress
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills; effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Innovative mindset with a supportive approach to team collaboration and problem-solving
- Ability to train others and effectively introduce new ways of working and process improvements
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ability to optimize team processes and drive continuous improvement
- Developed knowledge of OKRs KPIs and dashboard reporting
