Shift: Night 4x12 Hours (19:00 07:30)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 48 Hours per Week

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting primarily serving Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical conditions requiring extended hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to Med-Surg and Telemetry patients in an LTAC environment
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Manage patients with complex comorbidities and chronic conditions
Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
LTAC experience preferred
Strong telemetry interpretation skills
