Position Overview
We are seeking Neuro ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized patient-centered care for individuals with complex neurological conditions such as stroke traumatic brain injuries and post-neurosurgical recovery in Pittsburgh this role you will be responsible for ongoing neurological assessments close monitoring and implementing individualized care plans. The ideal candidate is confident in recognizing subtle changes in patient condition skilled in neurological care and committed to delivering high-quality care while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Pay Rates
Full-Time: $50 $60/hour
Per-Diem: $60 $70/hour

Key Responsibilities
Perform neurological assessments and monitor patient status
Administer medications and manage treatment plans
Respond to changes in neurological condition
Collaborate with neurology and neurosurgical teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

Additional Expectations
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to manage high-acuity patients
Commitment to patient-centered care

Requirements
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS and ACLS required
Neuro ICU or ICU experience preferred
