Position Overview
We are seeking Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate patient-centered care for individuals with mental health and behavioral conditions in Pittsburgh this role you will be responsible for assessing patient needs supporting treatment plans and promoting emotional and psychological well-being. The ideal candidate is empathetic communicative and experienced in managing behavioral health patients while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Pay Rates
Full-Time: $40 $50/hour
Per-Diem: $45 $55/hour

Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patient mental health status
Administer medications and therapeutic treatments
Support behavioral and emotional health interventions
Collaborate with mental health professionals
Document patient progress and care plans

Additional Expectations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to build trust and rapport with patients

Requirements
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS required
Behavioral health experience preferred
