How youll contribute

A People Services Generalist who excels in this role:

• Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning implementing and developing training onboarding and employee orientation programs the administration of employee benefits payroll administration and answer employee questions regarding pay benefits policies and procedures. Assists in the handling of employee relations issues compensation benefits and retention.

What were looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• College degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
