HR Manager to oversee the schools HR operations and strategy
Full-time permanent position April start
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Manager to join an independent school in Dorset from April. This is a senior operational role ideal for an experienced HR professional who is confident managing the full employee lifecycle within an educational setting.
The successful HR Manager will oversee recruitment onboarding compliance contracts payroll liaison performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure HR processes are robust compliant and aligned with the schools values and strategic objectives.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised discreet and confident advising senior leaders on HR best practice and employment legislation.

Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification (desirable) or equivalent HR experience
Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role (school experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and safer recruitment practices
Excellent organisational and communication skills
