Job Summary

Role :Industrial Engineer

Loction: Appleton WI

Floor Oriented
5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience
Ability to read prints
Proven record of continuous improvement
Fiberglass experience is a plus
Automotive / Agricultural experience is preferred
Floor communication skill is a must .Shop talk working with assembly workers
IE work is secondary but accepted
Demonstrated focus on safety
Absolute ability to work within a cross functional team
Ability to work autonomously when needed
Tool design experience is preferred
Basic metrology; calipers straight edge measuring tape

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in industrial Manufacturing Engineering
