Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking domain expertise and hands-on exposure to AI Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders data teams and technology partners to deliver intelligent automated and data-driven banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document requirements
Analyze banking processes (Retail Corporate Payments Lending Risk Compliance AML KYC etc.) and identify automation opportunities
Define business requirements functional requirements BRDs FRDs user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with AI/ML RPA and Automation teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Support process automation initiatives using tools like RPA workflow engines and intelligent automation platforms
Work on AI-driven use cases such as fraud detection credit scoring customer insights chatbots and predictive analytics
Perform process mapping gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studies
Assist in UAT planning execution defect triage and sign-off
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards (RBI Basel SOX GDPR etc.)
Prepare dashboards reports and presentations for senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Banking Domain
Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services
Knowledge of Core Banking Systems digital banking platforms and payment systems
Understanding of Risk Compliance AML/KYC Fraud Lending and Regulatory reporting
AI & Automation
Exposure to AI/ML concepts data analytics and intelligent automation
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc.)
Understanding of process mining workflow automation and decision engines
Ability to define AI use cases and business value metrics
Business Analysis
Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments
Proficiency in JIRA Confluence Visio MS Excel PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis SQL (basic) and reporting tools is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management communication and documentation skills
