Do you have
A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC pin number
Relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting
Excellent leadership qualities and proven experience of managing an effective team.
Ability to problem solve and work autonomously prioritising simple and complex tasks.
Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services
