Job Summary

The purpose of this roles is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

Job Description:

This role is a 12 month FTC. The purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in delivering bestinclass work across the account coordinating our integrated dentsu capabilities to drive performance and seamless execution. This role plays a critical part in championing connected one dentsu ways of workingfostering strong collaboration across our internal teams the client and external partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time to a high standard and aligned to the clients broader business goals.

Key Accountabilities

Client Planning

  • Receive client briefs and translate client brief intodetailed internal brief which isused to brief all dentsu specialist areas: AV OfflineDisplay Paid Social PPC Partnerships clients aremeeting their profitability targets.

  • Be the main contact withspecialists as they ask questions around the brief.

  • Collate the specialist media plansinto an overall composite plan with accompanyingrationale.

  • Liaise withall specialists to ensure all media plans are accurate.

  • Oversee any changes of strategyand media plan between client and specialists

Client Management

  • Be the main point of contact forclients and have the ability to understandclient requirements assess if it is within scopeand decide themost effective way to answer the question.

  • Be able to answer client questions on all specialistareas (PPC Display Paid Social AV Partnerships)

  • Manage PCA process deliveringa PCA to the client working with your direct team(AM AE) and all specialists.

  • Deliver client updates review of competitive activity.

Team

  • Ensuring that the AE direct reports are skilled up and supporting with up-skilling as required.

Operational Finance

  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to our clients.

  • Ensure media plans match invoices.
