Security Officer Driver Second Shift

As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Mount Juliet TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Access Control Officer at a leading tech and media location you will help manage entry points verify credentials monitor activity and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will remain visible conduct routine patrols and support a welcoming workplace through teamwork and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license per Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors vendors and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a tech and/or telecom location.
• Manage access control duties including verifying identification and credentials processing visitor check-in and/or check-out issuing temporary badges when authorized and maintaining accurate entry logs.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV alarms and intrusion notifications and report irregular activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity noting hazards and submitting reports per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
