Key Objectives

Deliver high-quality personalized math tutoring sessions to students across various grade levels and skill sets.
Enhance students understanding and confidence in mathematics through clear explanations and effective teaching strategies.
Support student progress by providing timely feedback and tracking academic improvements.
Collaborate with the e-learning team to continuously improve instructional materials and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our online platform adapting to individual student needs.
Explain complex mathematical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
Develop customized lesson plans and practice exercises tailored to each students learning goals.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of sessions and achievements.
Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates and address concerns.
Stay current with curriculum standards and e-learning best practices to ensure effective instruction.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new tutoring resources.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mathematics Education or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience tutoring or teaching math at middle school high school or college level.
Strong command of mathematical concepts ranging from basic arithmetic to advanced topics such as algebra geometry and calculus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students virtually.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms preferred.
Patience adaptability and a passion for helping students succeed.
