Job Description
As a Security Officer - Neighborhood Patrol Driver in Nashville TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including guest concerns disturbances and medical calls and report findings per site protocol.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel and resort areas including lobbies hallways amenity spaces parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor management key control practices and after-hours checks as assigned by location procedures.
- Complete accurate documentation such as incident reports patrol logs and shift handoff notes and communicate security-related observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Guard Card/License is preferred.
- CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
