Haglöfs is looking for a 12-month parental leave cover for our PR & Media Manager to join the HQ marketing team. This role represents an opportunity to drive and execute our global communication strategies during an exciting phase of brand growth and development.

About the role
The PR & Media Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of our Communication strategies. This includes PR organic Social Media Paid Media and Partnerships (ambassadors & influencers).
You will manage a team of specialists while also being operationally responsible for Paid Media. Essential to the role is staying relevant and plugged into evolving and progressive trends across outdoor sustainability and the culture and communities behind them to successfully drive Paid Media together with our agency.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will collaborate cross-functionally contribute to creative and editorial direction and ensure our communication efforts create impact across all channels.
Task and responsibilities
- Own and Drive the Global Paid Media Strategy and its execution (Including performance marketing operations)
- Own the global PR strategy (together with the PR & Influencers role)
- Own the global Ambassador & influencer strategy (together with the PR & ambassador specialist)
- Own the global Social Media Strategy (together with the SoMe manager)
- Support global marketing priorities
- Present ideas for creative and editorial content and execute approved concepts
- Brief internal teams on campaign needs from PR / Communications (before production)
- Analyze results and show value of effort through regular reporting
