Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Account Coordinator to join our Los Angeles this role you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal departments ensuring seamless account management and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive solutions-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily account activities to ensure timely and accurate service execution

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Monitor project timelines and maintain detailed documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards

  • Prepare reports track account performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

  • Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
