General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage the daily operations schedule - ensuring staff is supported and clients needs are met.
- Monitor clock-ins/clock-outs and resolve discrepancies
- Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and assist with on-boarding paperwork
- Support payroll and basic administrative tasks
What Were Looking For Our Scheduler to Have:
- Minimum of one year in a staffing/scheduling/logistics position preferred
- Knowledge of general home care/healthcare staffing a plus
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Team player excellent verbal and communication skills adaptable in different situations possesses excellent client interaction skills able to multi-task and work independently
