Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join the Southland Otago District Leadership this unique role youll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the District Operations Manager and leadership team helping enable effective day-to-day service delivery for the Emergency Ambulance Service (EAS) across Southland Otago. Youll work closely with ambulance leaders clinicians community groups and colleagues across Hato Hone St John building strong relationships locally and nationally while contributing to wider initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven senior-level administrative experience supporting leadership in busy dynamic environments
- Ambulance Operations experience (not mandatory but highly beneficial)
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks managing diaries and calendars with ease
- Friendly positive and confident communicator engaging professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Experienced in preparing reports presentations and professional correspondence
- Flexible proactive and able to work independently or collaboratively across teams
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Availability for occasional overnight travel
