Reporting to the Head of Marketing at Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating campaigns marketing projects and communication initiatives for the TDC network ensuring the quality and consistency of all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on various TDC marketing initiatives from conception to execution including calendar management budgeting and timelines.
- Create and schedule social media posts and boost campaigns using Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate website updates creation of new pages and site optimizations.
- Create and customize Canva templates to support the needs of the marketing team and partners.
- Assist marketing specialists in campaign coordination project management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing requests from various TDC departments or partners.
- Participate in competitive monitoring to identify market trends and propose continuous improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or in a related function involving responsibilities in social media digital content or marketing support.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and excellent command of design tools such as Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and rigor.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of the travel industry is an asset.
