Job Summary
Coordinate product & process change implementation.
Manage BOM accuracy and part number control.
Oversee standard tooling and parts procurement.
Maintain internal document control and compliance.
Track investment budgets and financial reporting.
Support Technical WBS planning and monitoring.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and inventory data in SAP-POE.
Qualifications :
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in IT Science Engineering or related fields. (Experience in manufacturing is preferrable).
Qualifications:
Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 550 is a plus).
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong coordination skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Effective meeting facilitation and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic Project Management principles.
Systematic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
Adaptable flexible and open to change.
Positive mindset with a strong can-do attitude and passion for continuous learning.
