Stewardship & Sustainability Projects Manager

To support this mission Syngentas Sustainability and Corporate Affairs team is seeking a Stewardship & Sustainability Projects Manager based in Bangkok. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams regional colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver stewardship excellence and advance sustainable agriculture outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Stewardship & Training Design and deliver safe use programs seminars and Train the Trainer initiatives to build capacity and ensure responsible product use.
• Project Leadership Lead sustainability projects endtoend ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with Syngentas strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement Build networks influence policy and secure partnerships with farmers government industry and academia.
• Internal Collaboration Work across commercial regulatory and marketing teams to embed stewardship and sustainability into business priorities.
• Advocacy & Alignment Support leadership with materials represent Syngenta externally and align local activities with global and regional strategies.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of crop protection products stewardship activities FAO Code of Conduct and relevant legislation on CP management and food safety.
• Proven ability to design and deliver stewardship and safe use training programs across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to lead sustainability initiatives endtoend with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement policy influence and building partnerships across government industry and academia.
• Skilled in crossfunctional collaboration to integrate stewardship and sustainability into business priorities.
• Effective communicator able to prepare advocacy materials and represent the company in external forums.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align local initiatives with global and regional sustainability strategies.
• Datadriven approach to monitoring adoption of practices and safeguarding business interests.
