Overview
Execution arm of the SDU mainly incubating strategic priority projects and own and lead the design / roll-out of transformation initiatives or activities before handing over to the responsible BUs
Provide support in delivery coordinating tasks following through on actions and ensuring initiatives move from plan to reality
Main Responsibilities
lead and drive strategic priority projects of agency BU during the incubation period with execution mindset
Develop strategy / design solutions depending on scope of the project
Define project scope timeline / workplan estimate impact that is linked to overall business plan (if applicable)
(Operates like the strategy team / initiative owners)
Current Priority Projects
Product Track
Focus: Plan strategize and manage product distribution / placement through agency salesforce by collaborating closely with the product team and the agency salesforce and support teams
Regional Strategy Track
Focus: Develop regional strategy covering customer/agency proposition recruiting product etc. and roll out plan (incl. the handover plan to BU if needed)
Key Interactions
Daily coordination with Delivery Coach for prioritization and escalation
Regular engagement with related BUs IOs functional teams regional teams for ground execution and strategy shaping
