Junior Client Consultant
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Services team in helping clients achieve their business goals. The selected candidate will work closely with the activation team across both online and offline media activities ensuring effective execution and a strong client relationship.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in all activities related to both online and offline media.
Analyze campaign results and collaborate with the team to prepare client presentations.
Assist in managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate in gathering relevant data and insights to support all units and ensure an efficient workflow.
Work effectively in a team-based fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
Demonstrate resourcefulness a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to advanced projects.
Conduct research to support strategic and operational business needs.
Use platforms and tools to manage and update team and client programs.
Contribute to the achievement of team client and business objectives.
Participate in networking and mentorship opportunities to support personal and professional development.
Requirements:
University degree or academic background in Communication Marketing Advertising or similar fields
Strong interest in media communication and digital advertising
Proactivity curiosity and a strong desire to learn
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Familiarity with digital tools and affinity for technology and innovation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team
Fluent in English both written and oral
