Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform rules and community standards. You will identify harmful or inappropriate material take action according to established guidelines and help maintain a safe and trustworthy digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate user-generated content in line with platform policies
Identify and remove content that violates guidelines including harmful offensive or misleading material
Make well-informed and timely moderation decisions based on procedures
Escalate sensitive or complex cases through the appropriate internal channels
Maintain high standards of quality accuracy and productivity
Accurately document moderation decisions in internal systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
Stay up to date with policy changes and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C1) and English (B2)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
Experience: minimum 6 month experience in content moderation or related roles
Mindset: Curious adaptable and eager to grow within an international environment
