Job Summary
We are currently looking for Czech-speaking professionals to join international teams in Lisbon Portugal. Two exciting entry-level opportunities are available both including accommodation provided by the company. No prior experience is required making this a great opportunity to start an international career.
Role 1: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts between 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Note: The schedule may evolve into a 24/7 rotation over time
In this role you will support customers of a global e-commerce platform handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Profile:
You have strong communication skills in Czech and English with a customer-oriented mindset. You are empathetic solutions-driven and comfortable handling a high volume of interactions especially during peak periods. An interest in e-commerce is considered a strong advantage.
Role 2: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
As a Content Moderator you will review and manage user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines contributing to a safe and positive online environment.
Profile:
You have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills with the ability to assess content objectively. You are resilient reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Previous exposure to digital platforms or e-commerce is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 920 x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 45 x 11 months
- Meal allowance additional shift bonuses (night/weekend)
- 1500 signing bonus
- Accommodation provided (private room arranged by the company)
