Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism and care. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license and meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements and it is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork clear communication and customer-focused service.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants guests and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas service corridors and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with crowd management disputes and medical situations until help arrives.
• Monitor access points loading and/or receiving areas and back-of-house spaces; verify credentials when required and report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols incidents and maintenance or hazard observations and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Handcuffs/Pepper Spray/Baton is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Lift More Than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
