Work Experience:

2 to 3 years of relevant US/UK banking account experience in a contact center/shared services environment.
Experience in customer service credit control arrears calling or default management in the finance industry specifically UK accounts.
Able to demonstrate sound numerical skills and literacy
Negotiation skills empathy regulatory awareness
Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
