Management and Strategy Consultant

The Management and Strategy Consultant provides strategic advisory services to internal stakeholders or external clients to improve business performance optimize operations and support long-term growth initiatives. This role analyzes organizational challenges develops data-driven recommendations and partners with leadership to implement strategic solutions. The consultant operates in a fully remote environment collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business assessments and strategic analyses

• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders

• Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion operational optimization and organizational transformation

• Perform financial modeling competitive analysis and risk assessments

• Facilitate workshops stakeholder interviews and strategic planning sessions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved strategies

• Develop performance metrics and monitor post-implementation results

• Prepare executive-level reports presentations and board-ready materials

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction revenue growth and process improvements

• Support change management and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or related field

• 58 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy or business advisory roles

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Experience working directly with senior leadership or C-level executives

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Excellent written verbal and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements or strategic projects simultaneously

• Experience working effectively in a remote and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree

• Experience with top-tier consulting firms or corporate strategy departments

• Knowledge of change management frameworks

• Industry specialization (e.g. healthcare technology financial services manufacturing)

• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)

Compensation

• Annual Salary Range: $120000 $170000 USD based on experience consulting background and project scope

• Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible based on client engagement outcomes and company performance
