About the Role
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker youll have the time to build meaningful relationships rather than rushing between short visits. You will usually support one young adults on a 1-2-1 basis helping them achieve personal goals such as moving into their own home starting employment building friendships and enjoying everyday life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Supporting daily activities hobbies social outings and appointments
- Working as part of a friendly supportive team
- Learning new skills with full training provided (no specialist experience required)
What Were Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting others
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
- Compassionate reliable and empathetic approach
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
- Living locally to Crawley or the surrounding area
