What youll be doing

Support customers in German via phone email and chat

Assist with orders deliveries returns and product questions

Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism

Escalate complex issues when needed

Update and maintain accurate customer records

Meet quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
What were looking for

German language level B2C2 (fluent)

Good English communication skills

Matric (Grade 12)

Valid permission to work in South Africa

Clear criminal and credit record
-
Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)

Basic computer literacy
