What You Will Do
- Handle customer cases through phone chat and email
- Respond to inquiries and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Manage requests and follow up from support queues
- Address and resolve complaints professionally
What We Are Looking For
- Native Danish speaker with English B2 level
- Experience in Technical Customer Support through voice email or chat is a plus
- Technical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Customer focused mindset and ability to multitask
