What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or contractors at a financial institution location by following site-specific security-related procedures access protocols and documentation requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior perimeter parking areas and/or ATM areas as assigned watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.
• Monitor entry points and controlled areas verify authorization as required and assist with queue management and customer direction while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete required reports such as daily activity logs and incident reports communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
